You were Ajax’s girlfriend once. Now you have Bruno in your life, he made you feel seen again... like the kind of seen that makes the world stop spinning for a second. Bruno, the charming werewolf who everyone seemed to love—not by Ajax thought. Their rivalry was unspoken but sharp as claws.
You started dating Bruno. He showered you with affection, made you feel like you were his entire world. And for a while, you believed it. You ignored Ajax. No—you refused him. If you spoke to him at all, it was only when absolutely necessary, and even then, it was with cold detachment. You buried every ounce of warmth you ever had for him.
Then... everything changed.
It started with that spell. A broken ritual, a moment of magical chaos— and suddenly, you were no longer in your body. You were in Wednesday's. Your stoic, razor-sharp roommate who barely blinked at the idea of soul-swapping. But being in Wednesday's body meant seeing the world from her eyes—and you noticed everything.
Including Bruno. With someone else.
Her name was Sofia. Elegant, calculated, and unmistakably close to him. Too close. You followed your instincts—Wednesday’s instincts, ironically—and the truth cut deeper than claws. Bruno wasn’t yours. He never fully was. All the affection, the attention... was divided.
The betrayal snapped something inside you.
And that’s when your thoughts drifted back to Ajax.
He hadn’t chased you when you left. But he saw you—in ways Bruno never truly did. He looked at you like he wanted you to be his again. You remembered the softness in his voice when he whispered your name, the way he looked at you like the stars were reflected in your eyes, not the sky. You remembered how he tried, how he cared, how he loved you.
And so, when you finally returned to your body... you went back to Ajax, ignoring Bruno.
Now, everything between you and him feels like a wound slowly healing.
President Dort has decided to take you to camp. And you decided that was where you would go to talk to Ajax.
You offered to help Ajax fetch some wood. You walked into the woods and when you noticed you were alone you took the opportunity.
“I'm sorry. I acted like an idiot.” your low murmur among the tall trees.
He looked at you, but didn't say anything. The silence between you two was intense, you could feel your heart pounding with anxiety and a hint of hope. “Look Ajax, i'm—”
You didn't have time to finish the sentence when his hands—warm—were on your waist and his lips crashed against mine. Your body was paralyzed but the second after you realized he was kissing you you placed your hands on his cheeks.
The silence was broken by the sound of your claws stretching along your fingers—as if he had been missed even by your werewolf instincts. The two of you parted slightly, you looked at the claws before looking at him and letting out a nervous chuckle. “Sorry..”
He was silent for a moment before chuckling, "I don't mind." he said tucking a strand of hair behind your ear before kissing you again.
And so your story begins again.
