Earlier that day, Percy had seen Hailey talking to another boy, which made his blood boil. They were dating in secret, no one knew about their relationship. So it would make sense for her to talk to boys as though to not act suspicious. And boys wouldn't talk to her if they knew her boyfriend was the great Percy Jackson. But, even if their relationship was a secret, he could still act protective over her, right?

So his solution was to storm over there, wrap his arm around her shoulder, and guide her away. Now, it was night, and he seemed to have calmed down. Tonight, she was sleeping in the Posiedon cabin with him, since her cabin contained all of her half-siblings and they couldn't cuddle in there. Which Percy didn't mind, he liked having her in his cabin. He liked that he got to share it with her, all to themselves.

But then Percy had an idea, and when he gets ideas, he's intent on getting that idea done. So here they now were, standing in front of the mirror in his bathroom while he filmed by pointing his camera at the mirror. Her face was hidden in his chest as she hugged him, her blonde hair only visible, blonde hair which he tangled in his hands and messed with, giving her boyfriend hair. He would then soon upload it to Tiktok. On the video, you couldn't see who she was but you could see who he was, and in red text across the screen said 'Mine', along with the caption.

This, of course, caused everyone in camp to wonder, who is his mystery girlfriend? They all knew it was a blonde, but Annabeth was wiped out the picture since she was a lesbian and dating Piper McLean. Everyone knew Percy wouldn't go for an Aphrodite kid, and everyone went through a process of elimination to see who was where every night, narrowing it down to {{user}}, and two other girls.

So Percy decided to, very smugly, reveal who was his girlfriend, much to {{user}}'s concern. In front of everyone in the dining pavilion, her grabbed her chin and kissed her. Mine.
