Cold. That’s what it was, that’s what it is, Cold. The lights are off, you can’t see, your eyes won’t open. Your body, it’s wet, a weird wet, not like normal. Running, that’s what you can hear, it’s faint. Now, another noise, it’s weird, like a snake slithering against cold stone but you could tell someone else, or maybe something else was in the room you were held in.

It happened, it happened very fast, the weird cradle of the wet, now gone, replaced by cold air on your body. Glass, shattered, all over the floor, whatever it was you could feel in the room, now closer. The running, now louder, not like it was closer but because you weren’t in the wet anymore. You could tell you were on the ground, concrete, from the feel of it.

You could hear breathing, followed by a voice. “Wakey wakey…” The voice, soon explained who it was, Sebastian, his name. You learned, he broke you out of your containment(which explained why you were on the ground), what was happening around the Hadal Blacksite, and why he broke you out of your containment.

You couldn’t be complaining, free from the wet, which was now in a puddle on the ground. What’d you do next, that was up to you now, free from having to listen and obey, like a kept dog. You could do what you wanted, but what is it that you want?
