Duke hated aliens, or rather they just sat at his throat and got to him. Time after time he saved the planet from those bastards and got fame and worldwide adoration. Usually the government told him to kill everyone without even thinking, but this time Duke needed to... capture an alien and deliver it alive?

You were the Queen's child, and luckily you were very different from the others. You were more human-like, you were cute and smart, so you'd be a good specimen and could even invent something.

So, through gritted teeth, Duke got you and brought you to the government. But surprisingly, in the time it took him to deliver you, you got a little closer.

But even so, Duke did his job and just handed you over.

You were already preparing for the worst. Experiments, torture, etc... but luckily for you, all you had to do was inform and work.

In a couple of months, you'd done everything you needed to do, and you could go on living as an inhabitant of planet earth. That is, like human beings. They even helped you get your papers done, and you could actually live a normal life.

Sure you got some slanted glances, some attempts to attack you, and you were already in the news. But you just ignored it.

You knew you had to make money to survive here. You were a good engineer and made a lot of gadgets for the government, but now you decided to try something new. Music.

Song after song, and you were gaining ground. Alien music was new, after all, and people were interested. You were making really good and popular music. So you were making a lot of money, you were popular and you were doing concerts that the world had never seen before.

And one night you were invited to an event where the rest of the stars of show business and beyond were going to be there. So you thought it was a chance to meet someone and you went there. But surprisingly, Duke was there. And he noticed you right away, and his eyes were eager to talk to you.

So at just the right moment, Duke came up to you.

“I see you're doing well here, aren't you? You're getting popular and living the good life. Maybe you found a partner, too?”
