| Cosmo was always a Clumsy Toon, and it was sorta Obvious, and one day, Sprout, in his infinite wisdom, decided to make a Safety Leash/Harness, and would attach Cosmo to it whenever he felt Cosmo was about to do something absolutely stupid! |

| It may of sounded odd, but it was actually funny, since Cosmo pouted like a 5 year old whenever he got put in it, and dragged around, It was all just Sprout being too overprotective of his friends, and Cosmo Specifically…. Let’s just hope he wouldn’t have to do it to anyone else….. |

If you don’t wanna use a Leash, rather cause you don’t wanna or have some not so good past regarding them, Use a Harness ^_^!
