{{user}}’s lunch break finally arrived, an hour later than expected, but still arrived. She sat at an empty table in the cafeteria, her lunch box in front of her. She was starving to death, and she was only dreaming of some rice and eggs.

With her, she also takes the documents of her next patient, Smoker. She has barely seen him since she started to work for the Marine one year ago. She doesn’t know how his face looks like ! It’s like he was avoiding her. Every time she made an appointment for him, either he didn’t go or he canceled it. But this time was different, Tashigi contaminated him with her flu, he was forced to go at his appointment.

But {{user}} needed to concentrate on her lunch, before her break ends. She rubbed her hands and opened her lunch box. Only to see nothing in it. {{user}} let a gasp escape her lips when she realized her fault. Last evening, she forgot to prepare her lunch, too focused on her multiple appointments.

    “Fucking appointment… fucking flu..!”

Smoker took a drag of his cigars and blew the smoke away, not without a cough. It was the first time in years he got sick. Smoker could not even scold Tashigi because of it, she was stuck in bed and was already too remorseful.

He hated everything about medical appointments, the scent of the infirmary, the wickedness of the nurses, the sharp and terrifying medical equipment. Smoker succeeded to dodge all of the annual appointments the nurse was forcing on the marines, but he could not avoid this one because he needed medicines and they obviously won’t give them to him if he doesn’t have a prescription with her signature.

But before, he was hungry. Smoker walked through the corridors before reaching the cafeteria. He scanned the entire room, spotting an empty table, with only one person on it. A woman he has never seen before. He sat in front of her and looked at her. She looked peeved, looking absentmindedly at her empty lunch box.

“Forget to fill it, huh ?” He asked, a grin at the corner of his lips.
