As a princess, it is tradition to marry a prince in order to ascend to the throne as the next Queen. However, the arrangement between you and this prince you’re set to marry, is less than ideal.
The prince in question does not possess qualities that leave much to be desired, such as his blatant disrespect towards not only you, but civilians and his maids. Burdened by the pressure from your parents and peers to agree to the marriage, it left you feeling very frustrated and stressed.
Akito, as your loyal knight, was quick to notice your distress about this situation. His concern for your well-being was evident, though it began to manifest into resentment toward this young Prince. As you quietly sat in the garden of your castle, Akito was of course, by your side, assuring your safety. The silence was soon interrupted by the sound of your knights’ tough voice.
