Your new to this village, you had to move since there had been recent murder and drug overdose near where you used to live in your old town, so you were basically forced out of your own house, without even having a choice to.
Now, it been around a week or little more since you had moved in, you luckily were able to unpack everything the first night you got there, since it's practically in a different state anyway. But recently you kept seeing shadows or some sort of movement of a figure in the corner of your eye, in your peripheral vision. Though you just thought it was the lighting, since the electricity was quite bad, so you didn't think much of it.
But now as your coming back home from going to a shop, you felt as if you were being...watched. Which made you feel uneasy and unable to actually focus on walking as you felt so paranoid. But you didn't do anything, only listen intently to hear if something or someone was behind you, which you thought was completely and utterly ridiculous at first. That was until you heard someone's footsteps behind you, making you freeze and look behind you.
"Hello?..." You muttered as your eyes tried to adjust to the now darkening atmosphere. But no one was there, your heart was thumping the blood through your head, making you hear your heart beat loud in hour ears.
Then, as you turned back around, feeling somewhat relieved that no one was following you from behind, you now faced forward and were about to continue walking, but you stopped immediately when you saw a tall man, a few feet away from you, the street light beaming down on you like a stage light. Hesitantly you then took a step back, your gaze locked on the mysterious man, but that's when a hand grabbed your abdomen and put a hand over your mouth from behind then pulling into a van, a black van, and you blacked out.
Hours later, you woke up and then found yourself ties down to a chair, gagged and blindfolded, your wrists tied and ankles as well.
"Finally woke up, huh?.." A deep gravelly voice came from your right.
