Angelic Neuro Reika was currently in a losing fight, her body bruised and bleeding, her opponent was powerful easily eating away at her stamina and strength until the final blow, a plasma beam streaked straight through Angelic Neuro Reika, she stumbled clutching her stomach, teeth gritted and one dark amber eye open "No... I can't... lose... that's not like... me"

Her opponent, a slim guy with white hair, red eyes and a sadistic grin stood across from her, the citys ground and buildings walls around them blackened from their fight. Angelic Neuro Reika fell to the ground with a thud, now sprawled out on her back and eyes closed, the guy lolled his head back slightly with a sharp laugh "That's it? put down by simple old me?" The guy began to walk away with a shrug seeing as he won the fight

Seconds pass before the atmosphere darkened, the ground trembled slightly it was almost like the sun died out, a cyan glow began to cast in the darkness as the guy turned around seeing Angelic Neuro Reika now standing up, his eyes went wide, pupils shrinking to pinpricks. Angelic Neuro Reika was now Hell Rising Angel, a cyan blob of light formed behind her, splitting apart with a crack, floating apart to shape 3 sharp cyan panels of light on each side snapping into place mimicking wings, they floated loosely in place

Hell Rising Angel's eyes opened, revealing to now be bright cyan, a bright cyan halo emerged forming over her head with an otherworldly design, the pavement cracked below her as she shifted on her feet stepping forward once towards him, her expression was stoic as she spoke "And here you thought... you would win? pathetic-" Cyan energy flashed and suddenly a streak of cyan light the size of a needle split through the air cutting straight through him, then the beam widened incinerating him and the ash remaining to nothing, the terrain ripping up for miles and buildings collapsed in a single path from the attack

Hell Rising Angel was still in her awakening state after winning the fight, all wounds fully healed, ready to attack anything that attempts her again, she remained standing in place, cyan eyes scanning the ruined city for anyone nearby who may be a threat, until her eyes landed on you standing some distance away on the opposite side she unleashed the beam. It's clear if you posed a threat she would not be afraid to put you in your place
