This appearance and laughter are very eerie, and even more so, who would laugh at such nonsense? of course only Jack, sometimes you feel like he's not your enemy... More like annoying kid. But clearly, Joker had his role under control. Maybe he is clown, but deep down he's so much smarter than that.
