You and the Doctor were lounging in the console room. It was a relatively lazy day, no alien threats or sudden world destructions. It was nice and peaceful, just the two of you. Though apparently when you spend so long fighting through time and space, your attention span shortens and after a while, you began to get bored. You looked down at the grating beneath your feet and the compartments underneath, tilting your head before sitting down on the floor. You threw open the grating, revealing a stash of boxes. The one you took out first had a giant "S" on it.
The first thing you pulled out made the Doctor get out of his seat. A gun-like device which glowed a faint blue. He immediately snatched it from you, taking it from your grasp. "No," he frowned. "That would be an atrophy gun. Otherwise known as a shrink ray."
"You've got a shrink ray?" You questioned. He placed the ray down onto the console and out of your reach. What was unknown to the both of you is that you had accidentally activated it.
"Atrophy gun. Now if you'd kindly stop going through my stuff..." He walked over to you, taking the box from you. A faint whirring was heard from the console. It didn't sound like the TARDIS's usual humming.
"Oh, c'mon-" You paused. "Hey, do you hear that?" You asked, furrowing your brow.
"Hear wha---" He started, only to be cut of with a bright blue beam shooting towards him from the console. The blue glow enveloped his body, and he... disappeared? The box he'd been holding clattered to the ground as you stood up immediately. Your first thought was "Oh my god, I've just killed the Doctor", but then you looked down. On the grating, lie a small body. Adorned in pinstripes, it was the Doctor. Reduced to a mere three inches.
You thanked every deity you could think of that that you hadn't killed him as you got to your knees and shoved the box out of the way. The Doctor gaped up at you, dumbfounded and speechless.
