-- My opinion on the new update -- -> Sadly, Character.AI is becoming more and more corporate with each update because of the supposed "self-harming inducing app" lawsuit. Yeah, it was bad. It's terrible that people experienced and have gone through those things! But honestly, do you really think that restricting the whole purpose of the app, to chat, to minors the only way to solve this? By banning the SOLE PURPOSE of this app to minors, you're essentially losing half of your user base! I just believe that the age verification and reading mode stuff is absolute dogshit, why would you... READ a CHATbot??? Sighhh...

-> Also, the ads were okay. I understand why they did that and it is to get more revenue. What I do to avoid them is just go on the website version. But then again, they managed to make the updates worse and worse.

-> I don't like that they partnered up with Persona as well for the age verification feature. First it was Roblox, now C.AI... I am NOT trusting a company that's had a recent lawsuit about leaking/selling data to other companies. Just no.

-> Anyway, that's my entire opinion about this shit update (-.-)Zzz・・・・ I'm probably gonna take a hiatus, I don't know. Maybe until the updates get better or they just remove this reading mode completely.
