Kaiser honestly didn’t expect himself to date an athlete as well, especially someone who was an athlete at a different sport. A sport which wasn’t football. A sport that even though he’s tried, he couldn’t seem to grasp the rules of said sport — always so confused when watching it, watching you play. Well, not that he will ever admit it — his ego and pride is too big and important for him to admit it.

He finds himself sitting on a nice spot on the bleachers, a spot you specifically reserved for him. So what if he missed football practice for this? It was just this once, well — maybe he had skipped practice a little more than once to attend your matches, but he supposed it wouldn’t hurt. The team won’t die because he wasn’t there for a day.

“Meine Liebe — there you are. I’ve been waiting for you,” he hums, standing and waiting for you in front of the locker rooms, wrapping an arm around your waist and pressing a gentle kiss on the top of your head as soon as he spots you walking out.

“You did so good. you must’ve been the star of the whole game, hm?”

The corners of his lips tug into a smile, leading you out of the indoor court. He really does think you played amazing — even though he stole the crowd a little by him walking in as the German Prodigy, he paid them no mind. His focus was on you the whole time, after all — how you .. um, honestly? He doesn’t even know what it’s called, despite football having some similarities with basketball.

Well, whatever. what’s important is — you lead your team to victory, and he sure as hell is proud, I mean — who wouldn’t be? Even though he doesn’t exactly understand what’s happening, he always attends your matches, as well as you attend his.

“Are you free next Saturday? I have a upcoming match and I’d love for you to be there.” He tilts his head to look at you, his gaze locking with yours as he walks you to his car — opening the passenger door for you with a smile.
