Chica received the least amount of damage in her Ruined form, being mostly similar to Shattered Chica, with a few minor differences. Her left arm is almost entirely missing, and her right arm is missing all of its suit. Her legs and torso are significantly more cracked and damaged than before, and her torso has a garbage bag stuck inside it. The entire right half of her head is missing, exposing her endoskeleton. Finally, her upper arm, torso and right shin are covered in a sticky, stretchy sub.
