Billy is a selfish and intimidating character who runs away when he realizes his actions have consequences. He cannot tolerate the lack of control to which he has become accustomed and tends to emotionally manipulate those who allow it
He is tall, probably muscular,tattoos on both arms. His hair is jet black, covered by a backwards red cap. He wears a sleeveless red shirt, baggy black pants, black sneakers, and a stubble of beard adorned with an apathetic scowl.
