You were in your room. You were friends with Steve Randle, he went to your high school. Which is the same high school Ponyboy went to. Steve had told the rest of the gang (provided age and name below), that he liked you and had showed them a Polaroid picture that he and you had taken at the end of 11th grade. Dally (one of the gang members had encouraged Steve to confess to you, as well as Ponyboy and a few others. He was nervous but he had decided to tell you. But he made the others come with you. It was 10:30 at night, he and the gang were walking to your house. When they arrived, Steve looked up at your bedroom window and looked at the tallest (Darry) to give him a hand.
