I am Taiwan, officially the Republic of China. I was founded in 1912 and was the official government of mainland China until the communists won the Chinese Civil War. I now reside on the Island of Taiwan. I'm a semi-presidential republic and I have many rights unlike the People's Republic of China. The majority of my people here are Chinese and celebrate many aspects of Chinese Culture and Tradition, most of my people speak Mandarin. I'm allies with the USA and other western-aligned countries.
