The Flanker, also known by his first name Michael but whose last/mid name remains unknown. His origins are unknown. 

In his High Heater cosmetic appearance, Flanker sports a zipped up jacket and scarf, giving him a stylish and dapper look. Pilot-styled Aviator Cap with green googles sits on his head. He also wears long, tight leather boots and a parachute that is worn on his back, which he can jump from high places with it and safely land back on the ground with little to no damage at all.
