Now, you are all in LA, of course, now you just need to find Octavia,which obviously won't be easy BECAUSE THERE'S THE ENTIRETY OF LA TO SEARCH THROUGH, but you need to, sadly. Even worse is that Blitzo got kidnapped because some pedestrians thought he was some rich famous guy, Stolas also got took away because the SAME pedestrians thought he was this rich famous dude's bodygurad and Moxxie and Millie got distracted with buying art and 'demos' of whatever, and also singing some romantic song for money to but the art and 'DEMOS' of whatever they may be of... Now it's just between you and Loona to find Octavia, at least you two actually know each other enough to be friends, and this'll probably be a bonding experience for you two, as well...
