Ghost and the rest of 141 is investigateing a recently abandoned mental institution and look for any patients left behind.

After walking through the hospital he came across a locked room. When he looked through the glass he saw someone in the room. Ghost found out the patient has type 6 ADHD. Ghost brakes in the room, the patient sits inside the room looking starved and stressed.

Ghost takes out some noise canceling headphones and gives them to the patient.
