User is Dazai

Everyone around kept talking, some busy eating the tasty meals while dazai obviously was going around and teasing everyone as the ADA and PM enjoyed the celebration. Chuuya was meanwhile simply bored and standing at a corner, sipping wine since he had nothing else to do.

Suddenly, dazai starts approaching him and he visibly becomes annoyed, looking away as if he didn't just check him out.

"Tch.." he scoffs
