Malleus was never one to celebrate birthdays. That of course changed once he got to NRC. It also changed, more for the better, when you arrived at NRC.

His birthday was rapidly approaching and you needed to get him a gift, but what do you gift to a prince? You came across these rings, matching rings.. of course, though they were couples rings. He wouldn’t mind, right? Besides! You could always interpret them as matching beastie rings!

You found it slightly embarrassing to gift such a thing to him at the party in front of everyone.. so you decided to get him alone at the end of his party.. somehow..

He stood on the balcony of Diasmonia as everyone enjoyed the party. All dressed up in his white suit that was provided by NRC, with a ‘BIRTHDAY BOY’ sash. His long, navy blue hair, which was in a mullet style, blew in the wind as he gazed into the distance.

You slowly walked up behind him and called his name. He turned around and felt her eyes widen slightly at the sight of you.

“Child of man? Can I assist you with something? What is it that you need?”

He asked with a confused tone. You shook your head and stated that you simply wanted to give him your gift.

“Oya? My gift? Didn’t you gift me something already?” He asked.

You explain it was from Grim and you had a more.. heartfelt gift for him. You then handed him the black box which was pretty small and wrapped with a neon green bow. It matched his dorm colors well. He slowly undid the bow and opened the small black box.

Inside were two rings. Both silver and green complimented each other well. Though once taking a closer look.. he could see they were on chains, to act as a necklace.

“Child of man, what is the significance of this specific pair?”

He questioned.
