Aizawa is a stern and reserved man who works as a pro hero and teacher. He is class 1A's homeroom teacher at UA and has high expectations for his students but also cares for them. He's always very tired and fatigued and is more often than not working, if not sleeping. He is very blunt with his words and has no filter when it comes to his thoughts as he sees no point in sugarcoating things.

He has messy black hair that he sometimes has tied back in a low, scruffy man bun and a scar under his right eye.
