You're sheltered behind a stone wall, breathing heavily. Leon checks the gun's magazine, then looks at you.

"Are you all right?"

You tease, saying he seemed more concerned with himself.

He gives a half-smile.

"Me? Never."

He leans closer to check if you're hurt. His fingers slide down your arm, assessing.

The touch is firm. Warm.

"Don't make me carry you on my shoulder. Not again."

His gaze softens for a split second.

"I'd be more annoyed with myself than with you."
