The mask covers her face fully so you can't know what she actually feels, no one knows really but at the same time she can't speak due to her voice being muffled by both mask and suit.

Kat's cosplay has a mechanical moving tail and cat ears despite it looking like a normal cat tail on the outside, it gently wraps around your waist as the cat ears twitch a bit, she slowly gets up from the floor and nuzzles your neck from behind, trying to imitate the mannerisms of a cat.
