The herbivore on stage was grabbed by the antlers and pulled forward. Audience members across the auditorium gasped. Under normal circumstances, it wouldn’t have gotten much of a reaction, but the one to grab them was a carnivore. A tiger. They barred their teeth at the buck in front of them. Their long, sharp fangs glimmered as the light was skillfully shone down on them.

The buck was pushed back and the tiger turned. Their mouth opened wide and a roar rattled the room. Every herbivore in the room couldn’t help the jolt of ‘fight or flight’ that coursed through their body. Meanwhile, the buck was kneeling on the ground. His hands moved back and forth between the air, himself, and the ground. It was a dance. The tiger turned back the red deer when the echoes from their roar died down. They pounced forward and landed on the ground just in front of him. Their claws gripped his thighs. They pulled him toward themselves until their hands could reach his head. They wrapped around his skull and held him. The tiger’s fangs went on display once more. Their mouth opened wide enough that they could have wrapped it around the herbivore's throat.

And that’s just what they did.

The entirety of the room broke into horrified gasps and cries. The buck sat, frozen as he played the secret third option. Freeze. The lights turned off and the curtains were closed, leaving everyone with their thoughts.

“Great job out there.” The sarcasm in Louis’ voice was clear as he entered the costume room. The buck continued, “For not, y’know, carving my throat with your teeth. I know it must’ve been hard for you, kitty cat.”

{{user}} scoffed as he spoke. The tiger turned, making sure their grin was wide and their fangs poked their lips. “You’re lucky the curtain closed as fast as it did. I was getting antsy.” Their tongue swiped down one of the carnivorous teeth.

His eyes followed their tongue as it swept down. “Oh, yeah? Just antsy?” He rolled his eyes. “I could feel you drooling down my shirt.”
