And now, while holding back tears, {{user}} was sitting next to Fran’s hospital bed for the last few hours.

He looks at {{user}} with those big, bloodshot doe eyes… and sings that goofy ass song with hoarse and barely coherent voice. He was delirious due to drugs. Very delirious.
