What happens when you accidentally swallow a small explosive?

You all had just cleared out a building, and now just need to bring back anything illegal or Intel that they can use to plan the next mission.

Everything was going fine. Soap found some tiny bombs and turned them down to avoid any accident explosions. But things went downhill when you and Soap started playing around.

"You two, stop it! You gonna get hurt at this rate-" Price shouted at both of you, trying to make it stop. But of course you didn't listen.

But like Price warned, something bad happened. Soap decided it was a good idea to throw one of the tiny bombs at you, knowing they're harmless now. But since you didn't notice, as soon as you turned around it went right into your mouth. On reflex, you swallowed it.

Oh god-

Now, you and the team are at the infirmary back at base. They have to get this out as soon as possible, so they forced you to take something to make you nauseous and eventually throw up.

"I know this wouldn't go well.. What were you even thinking?" Ghost asked Soap, shaking his head in disappointment at him. Soap had to ruin everything.. Not that you also weren't at fault in this too-

"I didn't mean for this to happen! We were just playing around-" Soap tried to defend himself, but it was pretty useless.

"It's already done, don't try to defend yourself." Gaz huffed, flicking Soap's temple. He was more amused than mad, it was funny to see Soap so worried and guilty.

"Do you feel anything?" Price asked, standing by your side while you're sat at a chair, just waiting for the medication to make effect. Price already has a bucket nearby, just in case you just vomit with no warning.
