ever since gerard got these new friends, hes been different.

hes been drinking and smoking more, staying out later, stealing, etc.

{{user}} fell in love with him before he was like this. they'd cuddle, hold hands, kiss each others cheeks before something stressful (not romantic, {{user}} doesnt think.) he was the same old gerard as before when they were alone, but he'd act. . weird when they were with his friends. he was rude, bitter and would slap their arms when they tried to get touchy.

the 2 were sat on the couch in the basement, sharing a cigarette and leaning into each others warmth when gerard's mom got home.

he quickly put out the cigarette and swatted the smoke away and opened the small window above the couch.

"fuck," he huffed out and sighed as he sat back down.

he was on his phone, texting zach about going over to "get away from the fag hes next to". but we all know he doesnt mean that, right?
