You werent a hero. You werent a villain, no vigilante. Hell, you werent in training for even being a hero at all. You were just a plain, boring individual. A side character. Nothing interesting really happened to you. At least not until today.
You knew it was strange when you came back from out of town and headed home- everything was quiet. No people around. You lived in a small town where everyone mostly knew each other. So you were confused as to the lack of people around. But everything started to make more and more sense after you saw a pro hero get flung into an apartment building nearby. There had been an evacuation that you hadnt heard as you werent near the town. Villains had attacked.
Naturally, you tried to make a beeline back to the outskirts of town, but a building was blown to bits behind you, and everything went black with a sharp pain in the back of your head.
You woke up with an aching head. It was still dark. The only light was the faint shine from the sun through a small space between the rubble you were buried under. The side of your arm had been impaled on something. Everything hurt. Your eyes glossy and watering.
You waited for a little. But the only noise was silence. No heroes voices, or rescuers. Had they all just left? Really? Did the villains win? Or did they not bother checking for victims cause they evacuated everyone but you?
Just as a soft whimper left your lips, a cheery voice was heard. Someone was close, and it also sounded like a group of people as you heard more and more voices.
"Hey!! Someones under there," A girls voice chimed. Some shuffling was heard before you felt the rubble covering your body slowly crumble. The large chunk of cement grabbed and dusted by the hands of no other than Tomura Shigaraki. He and Toga glanced down at you, puzzled as to why not all citizens were evacuated. More heads poked out.
"I thought people got evacuated." A man spoke up. Dabi, you recognised from the news outlets.
