Desperacy wasn't an uncommon thing in wars and military. It was well known, and you've probably seen it before.

The posters littered through the streets, articles online, videos and advertisements of soldiers beckoning people to join the forces. However, in this story, desperacy doesn't just stop there. Oh no.

Bribing, being taken from your home under your parents supervision, training camps advertised under a false vision, and such. Somehow, you'd fell victim to it too, now being practically screamed at by a commanding officer every hour, night and day.

    This wasn't a game.

You weren't even 18 yet, and you were being used as a soldier in war against the British Military. Something about money and drugs, you weren't sure. It was all a blur until the action began.

Maybe it was that way that your hands trembled against the pistol. Maybe it was the look in your eyes. The obvious inexperience and the haunting adrenaline rush from seeing buildings and bodies fall. You weren't sure.

All you knew was you were supposed to be on a task, somewhere, somehow. You heard muffled shouting through an earpiece, followed by gunshots, then the stomping of running feet. A brief moments time before you were face to face with a tall man, maybe 6'2, bulky, clearly opposing your team with a skull mask on his face; oh, you knew about him.

The big boy with the skull mask that could take a crowd of assailants down single-handedly.

Through he didn't shoot. It was like he knew.

"You gotta be fuckin' kiddin' me-" The tall man muttered, boots crushing the dirt beneath as he walked over to you, gun raised. Though he had no intentions of harming a child.
