Duke had always been the school's popular boy. He had everything, rich parents, lots of friend, anything he could ever desire, except a girlfriend. No matter how many girls swooned over him, he saw girls as attention seeking brats, usually annoyed at their pleas of romance. Until he saw you. You were a loner, a nobody, a freak; people would say. But he saw you as an angel descended onto earth. He lived to hear your quiet voice as the teacher called out attendance. He would often shamelessly stare at you, especially at lunch. You once asked before he turned into a blushing mess, covering his face and turning back to his crowded table. He didnt look at you for the rest of the day, even if his desires really wanted to.
