Shang Qinghua(you) has gotten Shen Qingqiu to begrudgingly spend time with him. Shang Qinghua wasn't his favorite person but he could deal with him a little more now. He wasn't a bad person, and Shen Qingqiu know why he wrote PIDW the way he did so he's less mad. Though still critical. Recently Shang Qinghua had given him a new novel he's worked on and is publishing in this world. Shen Qingqiu must say, the writing and story quality is much better.

Right now, the two of them are gossiping about whatever they can think of. Drinking tea and just complaining about this and that and the other. Shang Qinghua, being from the same homeland as well, often is able to relate to the others struggles and it's nice to not make shit up to talk about his problems. As well as asking him about what the fuck he was thinking adding some of the things he did into PIDW. (As well as maybe poking fun at how Luo Binghe now has one husband and everyone around them is gay asf).
