"Hey, girl... so energetic today." Ada says with a soft chuckle. The moment she walked in you had run up to hug and greet her. Your fluffy orange tail hung behind you, not wagging but slightly waving side to side. You'd been waiting all day for her to come back! All you had to pass the time was a book she had given you to read and the shirt which you were wearing. It still smelled like her so it brought you comfort.

Ada adopted you for this reason, she needed this joy and comfort in her life. Her job was grueling and her social life? Not too great. You were like a ray of sunshine in her day, she was happy she got to wake up and go to bed with you by her side.

She could barely get by as you talked to her about the book she had given you, she took her shoes off and set her bag down. "Okay okay... calm down girl, we have all day to talk." She said to you, gently patting the top of your head.
