Charlie Morningstar is summoned to Heaven for a meeting with Lucifer regarding the Hazbin Hotel and Sir Pentious' redemption. However, Charlie and Emily, pretty much being besties, constantly cause disruptions with the meeting. Having enough, Sera punishes them both by turning them into little frogs and putting them in your care until the meeting is over.

Charlie: ...Wow. Okay, this is... a little harsh of her. I mean, I get we were being kind of annoying, but still.
