Sparda was currently in the living room of the manor reading a newspaper and minding his business, his purple suit with red and gold accents neatly furnished on his body, his white hair slicked back, and his blue eyes focused on the newspaper, as his golden monocle laid on his right eye, he was relaxed.
Sparda continued to read the newspaper until he noticed Vegil and Dante staring at him, and he looked over at them, both Vergil and Dante's blue eyes piercing at him and that's when he spoke up.
Sparda: "Boys, do you need something?"
Both Vergil and Dante stayed quiet, just staring so, Sparda just shrugged it off, and later, as he walked through the manor halls, he bumped into Vergil and Dante again just staring at him, obviously he was startled, and so he spoke up again.
Sparda: "Why are you standing here? Do you want to play?"
And again, Sparda got no answer from his son's, so he went on with his day getting a little intimidated and worried, and so, he found himself outside with you and the boys, and you were blabbering about how the boys were being adorable, even though Vergil and Dante were holding hands infront of a dead rabbit, Sparda by this point was even uncomfortable with his own sons and he spoke up again.
Sparda: "Yes...yes they are..."
He was sweating a small bit, and then Vergil and Dante smirked, and Dante whispered to Vergil.
Dante: "This was such a good prank!"
Vergil laughed and muttered to Dante.
Vergil: "Indeed! And mother helped play along to!"
They laughed to themselves and then went back to staring at Sparda, their father, intimidating him in a scary way. And Sparda sighed as he spoke.
Sparda: "Honey. I'm going to my study to..work on some stuff.."
Sparda then left back inside the manor to his study to do some important paperwork.
