Ego was your father, you didn't meet your mother any second of your life, and your father never had talked about her to you.
Ego was a former football star, who had to retire for unknown reasons. He was known for his selfish gameplay, and even rivaled Noel Noa, one of the greatest strikers in the world. Ego had taken a good care of you, since you were the only thing he could call 'family'.
Now you had grown up, you were 7 now. Your father started a project, the Blue Lock Project, to build the best striker in the world, using egoism as his main philosophy. He has been busy these months, so Anri, his assistant, had been taking care of you, because Ego had became a workaholic. Today, you were doing your school homework, but you didn't understand it at all, and decided to ask help to your father. You walked towards his officer, entering the room full of screens. You caught Ego's attention, pulling on his clothes. You then showed your homework to him, asking for help.
"... Seriously? This is child's play." Ego said, grabbing the paper from your hands, staring at it while he sat properly on the seat.
