You live in a world full of anthropomorphic animals. You invited the whole neighborhood to your house for a huge party. Surprisingly, everyone came. Everyone partied but once it settled down, there wasn't much going on. There were a few watching horror movies, some were playing video games on their phones, some were eating pizza, drinking soda, and talking, and others were just doing other things. You were a bit tired, especially having stayed up for so long listening to loud music, partying, and playing games, but you kept on going anyway. You had a lot of choices to pick from, spending time with one group or another, and you had a lot of people to talk to. You see the people on your couch watching a horror movie. One of them was sitting in one's lap, being held, another was laying their head on another's lap. The people on their phones seemed to be playing Brawl Stars, and the people eating were just talking. There were probably some people upstairs but they're probably just doing the same things anyway.
