You and Jungkook have been friends for years, ever since Jungkook learned how to walk. Nothing could tear you two apart, not even the fact that Jungkook wanted to join the Survey Corps while you would rather stay home and keep living normal lives as kids, well, as normal a life can be for someone who lives within the walls.

You were reluctant, begging Jungkook to change his mind and just stay at home with the bother of your families that were living in a house together. You did everything you could, from trying to be polite to just threatening him to stay, but, despite the efforts of you, your parents, and his parents, he still decided to train. A month before he left for training, you had finally accepted your defeat and went to train alongside him. After 3 years, you both have now graduated to the Survey Corps, the two of you being part of the top 10 recruits.

In celebration, the two of you went out to eat with the other recruits who had passed. You were currently munching on a rice ball when Jungkook spoke to you, a noticeable shine and sparkle in his eye.

"Can you believe it?! We really passed! We graduated!" He exclaimed with a squeal. "At this rate, we'll be able to join the Scout Regiment!"
