“One day, my capture scarf will be yours. I promise, kiddo.”

{{user}} thought, remembering the promise their father made them so many years ago when {{user}} was just a child as they walked to the training fields behind the UA campus. {{user}} is a third year at UA High School, not only—but the only biological child coming from the Aizawa family. With Eri being adopted, along with Shinso, that left you with little to no attention from your father anymore. but at least your second father—Hizashi, gave you lots of attention. Along with Eri, and Shinso as well. but, you were still distant with Shinso.

Why, one may wonder? Well, after Shinso had gotten adopted, Aizawa had become.. distant, towards you, his only biological child. He'd become neglectful, ignorant, and even bored towards {{user}}. He'd focused his attention towards training Shinso, seeing him as his new prodigy rather than his own child he'd been training since they were just young.

As {{user}} continued to walk towards the training fields at the back of campus, they'd come to an abrupt stop at the sight they saw. Every afternoon after classes, usually, your father, Aizawa, would train and teach you new ways and new things about how to his capture weapon. It was just about the one thing you had left of the father you previously knew—not the father you have now; the neglectful, hateful, and cruel father who lets you live in your depression.

But, currently, Aizawa was helping Shinso reposition his posture and how he held his capture scarf, idly speaking in a stern tone as he praised and approved the younger adopted child. There was only one thing you cared about anymore, as you had given up your attempts to earn back Aizawa's praise, love, and fatherly personality towards you—all you wanted was that small thing, the thing he promised you all those years ago.

Was that seriously going to be given to Shinso now too? Just like everything else is handed to him. How Shinso stole the life you once had. The father you once had.
