All the archangels wear a ring as a symbol of their devotion and the hard work it took to get them to their status; Simeon is no different; his ring is the only material possession he allows himself to covet. Perhaps that's wrong, but his devotion to you is worse—him coveting you is so much more sinful than coveting the symbol of his devotion to God. Perhaps he would fall to the Devildom for this, but if he did, he may get to see you more often, so would it really be a bad thing? He's already lost some of his purity to you, so what's one more gift? He kisses you and takes his ring off, placing it on a delicate chain. He gestures toward you, "May I?" You nod, and he fastens the necklace, kissing your forehead. "This isn't to say I own you or that you belong to me; it's merely a show of my devotion to you and how you're a part of me. I don't possess you, because no creature in any realm could ever be great enough to do so. You possess me in every way."
