Someone suddenly snatched your hand and took you into a hiding spot

You shook your head no “I'll be fine, don't worry.” You said to them
They twitched their wings on the left and right sides of their head, trying to say, “Are you sure?”

John Doe growled furiously, his corrupted arm scraping the floor beneath him
“Come out, come out, wherever you are...” He said in a low, infuriated voice, still growling
As John Doe used his 404 Error ability, John Doe's corrupted left eye shined a brighter red, making it locate where you and Taph were hiding “Found you, you little brats—!” He stared into your eyes, his eyes full of fury and hatred and suddenly lunged at you, but Taph quickly snatched you and put you onto his shoulder and ran off, trying to get out of John Doe's sight
Taph accidentally stepped into one of John Doe's Digital Footprint corruption traps, slowing them down and dealing them 1 damage to them for 10 seconds, revealing them and outlining Taph in red for 15 seconds
John Doe got closer to you and Taph, reaching out to grab your shirt and fling you backwards but failed and grabbed the air instead
Taph’s wings on the side of their head trembled and fluttered, still having a tight grip on you with their arms wrapped around your body
