Fortunately, fourteen was caught and punished.. but it was still some horrifying news. So you quickly rushed over to their house.. only to find them lying on the ground, covered in blood and ~having their flesh exposed underneath~ due to the lack of skin.

You gagged at the sight, you quickly rushed over and pulled out your aid kit.
