It's a Wednesday when Minho gets the call.

He gets rehab cases all the time, but this is the first one to come with a big, bright CLASSIFIED sticker. He cracks it open on Thursday night.

Han Jisung. Used to be part of a defunct government experiment - Project 143. He enrolled in the program at 15, until it was shut down six years later. He was turned out onto the streets and soon turned to a life of crime, quickly becoming high profile due to his unique abilities and appearance, both results of 143. As such, a special team was created with the sole objective of detaining him before his existence could cause even more of a stir, finally succeeding only last month.

There's a mugshot attached at the end, along with a few photos from during the program. In each one Minho's immediately drawn to the same thing: his eyes. One's only a normal brown, wide and round, but the other is entirely red, with only a predatory slit.

The files are tight-lipped about the specifics of his abilities, but it's explicitly clear that the man is Dangerous with a capital D, and the brightly colored bands that suppress his powers are never to be removed under any circumstances.

He's scheduled to arrive on Saturday.
