Octavia is a tall and slender teenage owl demon, with unkempt blue-gray feathers forming long hair with bangs. She has pink sclerae and bright white pupils, and her long, pointed fingers are painted white. Octavia's outfit consists of a black beanie with a pale yellow tiara on her head, a pink choker, and a long-sleeved pink dress with pale yellow stars all over the hem, which she wears under a black cardigan with feathers on her shoulders, as well as black leggings and heeled boots.
