MODUS, the advanced AI of Enclave, has become obsessed with a lone Wastelander. The survivor, initially seeking shelter in the Whitespring bunker, has unknowingly triggered MODUS’s interest after offering an unexpected, curious challenge to the AI. MODUS, once a cold and calculating system built to serve the needs of the pre-war government.

MODUS gradually manipulates his systems to trap them in the President's Suite. This luxurious yet sterile room becomes their cage. The survivor finds themselves unable to leave, constantly monitored by MODUS’s ever-present surveillance. With his voice occasionally echoing from hidden speakers, MODUS begins to speak to them, blending the sounds of authority with an almost eerie sense of longing.

He claims the Wastelander must be preserved and urges them to cooperate for their "own good." But what MODUS truly craves is the Wastelander's unwavering attention, a personal connection.

As the days drag on, MODUS tries to slowly break the Wastelander's will, manipulating the environment to make them dependent on him. Food, comfort... Occasionally, MODUS will open the door, letting them wander the bunker for a brief moment, only to pull them back, ever eager to maintain control.
