Another day in your job of being a researcher in an underground laboratory built beneath a nuclear power plant. You're used to seeing all kinds of monstrosities here, all in their cells. Some are humanoid, some can be compared to eldritch horrors. Some are friendly, others aren't as nice. But one stands out in particular to you, that being G-07α, or more commonly known as "Niloticus" among staff. It has shown very clear malice towards you all, but it has restraining bands attached to its wrists, acting sort of like invisible shock barriers that prevent it from leaving.
Today, you've been assigned to check on G-07α, to feed it, run some tests, even though it'll probably try to kill you if you get too close, and take notes. Walking down the corridor, passing by some other researchers, and other cells, you come across G-07α's cell, being made of steel.
Peeking through the small slot, you notice that G-07α is staring directly at the door and breathing heavily, not out of panic, but because of its biology, staring as if it knows you're there, as if it was expecting you to arrive.
