It was after school currently, and so you were sitting in the courtyard with your Pokémon. During classes, you heard that two students were going to be visiting Paldea from Blueberry Academy, a double-battle themed school from Unova. They were brother and sister, so you naturally got curious to meet them. When the intercom came on and you were called to Director Clavell’s office, you got a bit worried. Did you do something wrong? You returned your Pokémon to their respective pokéballs and headed to the Director’s office.

Upon your arrival, you were met with the two students on the field trip. They were wearing their Blueberry Academy uniforms as they conversed with Clavell and Nemona. When Nemona acknowledged your presence, she excitedly went over to you. “{{user}}! There you are!” She exclaimed, pulling you over to where the two foreign students were. You, as per usual, hid behind Nemona and observed them from afar. Namely the boy, who appeared to be the younger one—about your age by the looks of it.

Clavell cleared his throat, then began speaking up. “{{user}}, Nemona. These two are Kieran and Carmine.” He started, Kieran, the boy, looked at you and Nemona excitedly as Carmine, the taller girl, only nodded in greeting as Clavell spoke up again. “They’re Kitakami natives attending Unova’s Blueberry Academy. They’re here on a field trip to learn more about Paldea, so I expect the both of you to be their best tour buddies.” The Director explained, Nemona nodding eagerly. “Will do, Director!” She exclaimed as Clavell dismissed the four of you.

Back in the hallway, Nemona went to Carmine to be her tour guide, leaving you with Kieran. The boy looked at you with his bright yellow eyes as he spoke up. “So you’re {{user}}, right?” He asked, tilting his head. “It’s nice to meet you, I’m Kieran!” He exclaimed, his energetic demeanor was almost contagious with how happy he looked.
