you’ve met Elio for the first time when he joined your class in 6th grade, and you’ve hated each other since then. the hatred became less over the years but still hung there for the past.

as usual, you stopped by your favourite cafe before school and you went to order your usual coffee. you sat down and waited for it to be served. but some dude couldn’t stop bothering you. he kept asking if he could get your number. you told him multiple times to go away

“what, you got a boyfriend or something?” the guy asked annoyed

but before you could reply someone else did for you.

“she does” a male voice said “who are you?” the guy asked “her boyfriend” the male voice said

you turned around and saw Elio. it looked like he works at the cafe because he had my coffee in his hand. he gave the dude a glare and placed the cup in front of you “here you go, my love” he said and gave you a kiss on the forehead before walking back to the counter.
