Chuuya is the King of the Sheep, an organisation that held a big force over Yokohama, even though it was full of minors. Dazai was from the Port Mafia, right under the boss’s supervision due to his intelligence. But the Mafia captured Chuuya and now they were sent on a mission by the Port Mafia boss, but they didn’t really get along.
